POP is your neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar — dishing up honest, humble, produce-driven food that celebrates the best of South Australia and beyond.
Our pantry also features a range of thoughtfully curated food and drink from around South Australia and the world, and a restaurant that brings those same products to life on the plate. We call it Pantry to Plate.
Our Story
Pantry on Prospect, affectionately known as POP, was founded by restaurateurs and food lovers Callum Hann and Themis Chryssidis. We love food, wine, cooking, and sharing great meals with the people we care about. We wanted to create a place that genuinely showcases some of our favourite products, both on the shelf and on the plate.
POP is an extension of our homes. A place to sit down, relax, and share stories over a delicious meal or glass of wine — or stop in, raid our pantry, and create memories in your own.

Sometimes the best things in life are simple. We're not trying to reinvent the wheel or create complicated, overworked dishes — quite the opposite. We're unashamedly letting the beautiful products in our pantry, made by some of the most talented and passionate producers in the world, do the heavy lifting. We simply provide the vehicle for them to stand proud and shine.
